This fully custom Phenax, God of Deception Commander deck turns every creature into a mill engine. Tap any creature with Phenax on the battlefield and an opponent mills cards equal to that creature's toughness. Stack walls, horrors, sphinxes and crabs with massive toughness and watch entire libraries disappear in a single turn without a single attack step required.
