How does FREE shipping work?
FREE shipping is applied automatically on orders $35+. If your cart is under $35, shipping is calculated at checkout.
What are “Cart Goals”?
Cart Goals are unlockable bonuses based on your cart total. As you add more items, you can unlock extras like bonus token cards, discounts, or mystery add-ons (shown in cart).
Your cart will display a progress bar on product page or cart page so you always know how close you are.
When will my order ship?
Production & Shipping Schedule
We send orders to production every Tuesday, and we ship orders every Saturday.
- Free Shipping: estimated delivery in 1–2 weeks
- Express Shipping: estimated delivery in 5–8 business days
Important: If you place an order on Wednesday (or later in the week), it won’t enter production until the following Tuesday.
This weekly batching system helps us keep prices lower, reduce waste and environmental impact, and maintain better quality control on every order.

Are the tokens printed or handmade?
They are professionally printed for consistent color and sharpness (not home-printed). Each set is made to look clean on the table and easy to read during gameplay.
Are these official tokens?
No. ElkoyTCGTokens products are fan-made custom tokens designed for tabletop play.
What size are the tokens?
They are standard trading card size (the same footprint as typical TCG cards), so they fit in sleeves, deck boxes, and binders like normal cards.
Are the tokens double-sided?
Unless the token or product page is “double-sided,” tokens are single-sided with a matching cardback design.
Do you sell individual tokens?
Right now we focus on complete curated sets to keep themes consistent and ensure you have everything you need for gameplay. We may add singles later.
Can I request a custom token set or theme?
Yes—custom requests are available.
If you’d like to mix tokens from different sets, email me your list using this format:
Example: Set 84 — Cats 1/1 (x10)
Custom mixed bundles must be exactly 108 cards (no more, no less).
If you want fully custom tokens made for your deck (specific theme, characters, or aesthetics), email me and we’ll discuss the concept and pricing. Pricing depends on the number of unique designs + the standard production cost (same base cost as the token sets on the site).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order is not in production yet, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help. Once shipped, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
